About Us

Grace Announcements was started by Lindsay after she had her first baby. She discovered how hard it was to find something as truly unique as her baby after searching everywhere for the perfect way to show him off. She loved taking pictures of her own baby and creating that special memory which was more than just a regular photo. With her design background it was almost destiny to start Grace Announcements. The process of creating a one of a kind design is one that she loves and, although you are able to pick an existing "template", she much prefers to create something unique designed just for you and your baby.

We have been asked many times who Grace is - is she Lindsay's child? Is she Lindsay? No she is not! Well, Lindsay's middle name is Grace, after her father's mother, a very special woman who Lindsay never had the pleasure of meeting because she died at a young age from breast cancer (well before Lindsay was born). Lindsay has always held a special place in her heart for this lady whom she never met but looks so much like and, when it came to naming her business, "Grace Announcements " just seemed to fit so well.

Meet our Crew:

Lindsay has extensive small business experience - she has been an entrepreneur before but had to close her previous business after complications with her first pregnancy would not allow her to leave home to meet clients. She has a design background which until now has not been utilized to the fullest - that is why she now loves what she does! She finds that she fits so well into her new title of "mompreneur" and is always looking for new ways to improve Grace Announcements. When she finds quiet time (she is a mom to a 3 year old boy and a 4 month old girl so there is not a lot of quiet time!) she is continually working on new fresh designs and great new products for you. Dave is Lindsay's husband and biggest help! He too has extensive small business experience and uses all his knowledge to help his wife make Grace Announcements everything that it is meant to be. He is quickly taking over the role of shipping manager to help Lindsay focus on what she does best - designing. He is undergoing Lindsay's rigourous training program to become the best shipping manager there is - she is a very picky person after all and it is hard for anyone to fill her shoes! You will notice that he does a fantastic job of packaging your order in that special Grace Announcements way. You might from time to time actually receive an email from him as he is excited to help out with offering excellent customer service.

Peggy is Lindsay's mom and she really helps to make things much easier for Lindsay so she can focus on offering her customers the best product. Peggy will from time to time help out with shipping, but her best job is helping with her grandkids- one she does so very well. They both really loves hanging with their Grandma while mommy works!
