CHOOSE A DESIGN
Browse through our site until you
find that perfect design! Remember that we can customize any design (colours,
fonts, wording, etc.) on request.
PLACE YOUR ORDER
Fill out the Order Form. Please
be as specific as possible your paper choice, size, and quantity, and input your
personalized text. If you have any specific wording or design requests, please
indicate these in the “Comments or Requests” section of the form.
Email us
the photos you would like to use in your chosen design, and specify each photo’s
position and colouring (colour, black and white, sepia, or our choice). Please
upload your original, unedited full resolution photos with a minimum file size
of 250 kb. You must first place your order, and then submit your photos
via the link below. When you submit the photos please make note your order
number in the subject line of the email.

PROOFING
An electronic proof of your
design will be ready for viewing in about 2 business days of placing your order.
This turnaround time can be extended during busy times and holiday season.
If it has been longer then
you expected and you still have not received a link, please check your spam/bulk
folder or email us.
When you receive your
proof, please review it carefully - this is your opportunity to request any
changes prior to printing (including changes to wording, photo cropping,
colouring, placement, etc).
Two sets of revisions are
included with your order at no additional charge, so if you do need changes
made, please list all of them at once. Additional revision requests beyond the
first two sets will be accommodated at a cost of $10 per request. Please note
that an entirely new design selection is not considered a "revision". If you
change your mind about the design you would like done after your initial proof
has already been completed, there is a $25 setup fee to cover the designer's
time in setting up a new design for you.
PAYMENT
Once you are happy with your
proof you will complete your payment. Click on the “Cart” button at the top of
the screen. Click “View Cart” to review your order, and then follow the steps
for completing the checkout process. You will be asked to fill in your contact
and shipping information.
PRINTING
Once you are completely happy
with your proof, you can give us the approval to send it to print! Your order
will be professionally printed.
Printing
takes 2 business days for photo cards and 10 business days for all other
products.
SHIPPING
After your order is printed it takes a day or
two in-house to package it up perfect for you. Shipments leave our studio on
Tuesdays and Thursdays, increased to daily during the holiday rush. Shipping
times are as follows:
Canadian Orders: Please
allow 3-6 business days total shipping time for all orders.
US Orders: Please allow 6-12
business days total shipping time for all orders. US customers
can upgrade
their shipping for an additional $10 and a shipping time of 3-5 business
days.
You can always upgrade your shipping to
overnight if you are really in a rush, please
email
for a quote.
(Please note that although we do our very best
to ensure you receive your order within the time frames indicated below, there
may be occasional shipping delays that are beyond our control. Please order
early to ensure your order is received in plenty of time, particularly during
the busy holiday season, as we cannot offer refunds due to shipping delays)
